114 year old man names 5 foods that make you live long

We all wish to live long with sound health, yet the present situation we found ourselves dictate how such expectation should be. The desire to keep young and never grow old has been aborted by life expectancy. Presently, World Health Organization has observed that the average life expectancy is around 72 years. Such years are not really long in years as expected right? Don’t you think there should be more years in addition to their estimate? It is possible and realistic, what you need to do is just to maintain your health with positive nutrition and diet which will help you shape your daily habits.

Since we haven’t really established a standard immortality for people, it is expedient we share a story of a man that lived 114years and what he said to be the cause of his longevity. His name is Bernando LaPallo; born in 1901 and died in 2015. He is a man that achieved a great feat that everyone used to wish to do. He lived a happy life full of accomplishments, dedication and healthy. This man made it known that for once in life, he has never been sick. Some people do think he is younger in age like being 80years old but in reality he was 114.

His daily routine according to him is to engage in walking and usually eat most organic fruits and vegetable. In fact, he associated his longevity to being obedient as he said he decided to follow his father (a medical doctor) warning that he should avoid red meat and some other fruits.

During his 110th birthday, he was interviewed by a local station and revealed therein; five foods that made him live more long.

1.Cinnamon : Cinnamon is known for been a delicious spice full of strong medicinal components. It is very active in combating cancer, heart disease and also HIV infection. This spice is also known to be active by improving symptoms of type 2 diabetes, improve sugar balance in the brain and also reduce inflammation.

2. Chocolate: When you eat chocolate, it helps you maintain a good health. It is very useful in from lowering cholesterol levels to preventing cognitive decline and helping to overcome stress. It’s also rich in iron, copper, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and flavanols

3. Garlic: It is a natural antibiotic that is well known in preventing Alzheimer’s disease and dementia and also helpful in fighting much illness. It also assists to reduce the risk of heart disease, fight cancer, treat diabetes, lower blood pressure, and more importance.

4. Honey: Honey has antiseptic, antioxidant and antibacterial properties that make it more efficient over the years. It is known to be a natural healing agent for over 5,000 years. While some people use it for cosmetic purpose, it can also be used to heal wounds, boost immunity and improve gut health and digestion.

5. Olive oil: One of the best foods which is most appropriate for healthy life is extra virgin olive oil. It possesses monounsaturated fats that help keep our brains and hearts working perfectly. Olive oil may also reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and cancer.

According to Bernando Lapallo, other tips to stay young include to be consistent whilst obedient. He said he followed his dad’s instruction by not taking ordinary red meats, hot dogs or French fries. He also noted that he used to do early morning walking, doing crossword puzzles, and reading books to keep his mind sharp. This has enabled him to be more positive and mentally fit. He said during an interview that “I can remember things my father told me when I was 8years old”. This shows the great sense of humor he posses. It is good to live an inspirational life.
